CIM -- Customer Issue Management
This is where you communicate via 'tickets' or 'issues'. 
This will let you keep track of the status of your individual issues/requests, in real time. This feature requires customer credentials (Log-In, or SignUp).
CPM -- Customer Project Management
The CPM keeps track of every aspect of your project.
Your project status will be updated in real time, so you have up to the minute information regarding every facet. This is a truly unique tool that will allow us to communicate every step in the process effectively. This feature requires customer credentials (Log-In, or SignUp).
CHC -- Customer Help Center
The CHC, a place for all of our various solutions, and tutorials.
We will update the CHC often with new manuals, tutorials, videos, and troubleshooting tips. This feature is available to anonymous users and customers alike.
